Sarah will have three large-scale photographs exhibited in France this February at the Vice Photobook Exhibition Launch Party, as part of this year's inclusion in the Vice Photobook. The exhibition will be held in Nantes at Lieu Unique. Details TBA.

Anthony La Sala, Senior Editor of PDN Magazine recently selected one of Sarah's photographs to be included in the Juried Online Exhibition at the Photo Media Center.

Sarah has a piece in the upcoming ASMP show Close-Up at Calumet NYC, curated by Nina Trivedi out of London (Sarah helped hang the show, too!). The opening reception will take place ​Thursday, ​September 18, 2008 from 6:00pm-9:00pm.

Hijacked: American and Australian Photographers, the coffee table book, recently launched additional exhibitions internationally in Perth, Stuttgart, Fremantle, and NYCJack Pam of Map Films interviewed Sarah for their video of participating artists (you'll see Sarah around minute 5).

There will be a Book Launch Photo Exhibition this Friday night, June 6, 2008, from 7:00pm-11:00pm, for Hijacked (Volume One) at The Arm in Williamsburg ​(281 North 7th Street)In March, Hijacked Volume One: Australian and American Photographers, launched a string of Book Release Exhibitions starting in Sydney Australia. Currently, images are on view at the Australian Center for Photography (exhibition scheduled to be up for another 5 weeks). Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 6:00pm-8:00pm, there will be an opening in North Hampton at the Sara Nightingale Gallery for an ice-cream themed exhibition, which includes Sarah's photograph Sandy, The Ice-Cream Snatcher (created specifically for this show). This piece will be exhibited at 27"x40" and will be for sale.

For those of you who don't know, Sarah has been taking a Polaroid of herself every day for the past 10 years, with plans to continue the project for life. You can read more about the Polaroid of the Day HERE. An exhibition of her Polaroids with be shown at Gallery 44 in Toronto, ON, Canada, at the 10-year mark. Details TBA.

I forgot to tell you about the Portraiture Exhibition I was in last month in Dumbo, funded by Getty, as part of the NY Photo Festival. It was a great show with lots of yummy strawberries and cheeses and things but I didn't send out a mass invite cause I was only permitted to invite 2 people. If you are interested in getting a Catalog, let me know and I may be able to get one for you.
