I got some excerpts (1997-2004) from my Polaroid project all big and beautifully scanned and printed at Clockwork Apple Gallery, which is in the Meatpacking District at 32b Gavensvoort (and Little W 12th). The group show is called "Self Inflicted Photographs", and will be up until March 13th.

A performance of Yasna Voices mixed with a second choir Asuli to make us, for one night, about 20 voices, performing at BAMcafé, Brooklyn next month. We are learning each others music and very excited about it!

Tonight I am performing with my Bulgarian Choir, Yasna Voices. We are one of nine vocal ensembles competing in the Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival. It will be held at Symphony Space (tonight sat. the 21st) at 8pm. It is at 2537 Broadway, at 95th street. Tickets are $21. (also we have a brief write up on the front cover of the Weekend Section of the Daily News- check it out!)

On Thursday, March 4th, 6-8, I will have a very small piece hanging in a very large group show at A.I.R. Gallery in Chelsea. 511 West 25th street suite 301. Show is called Generations '04 and features all women artists. Up until March 26th.

Tomorrow (Sat the 24th) I am performing again in my Bulgarian choir Yasna Voices in case you missed the one last weekend at the international festival. It should be really fun. We will perform only one song and there will also be other great performances, dancing etc...

This annual Festival draws large crowds in appreciation of World music performances, yummy international food stands and many other festivities in the thriving neighborhood.  On our stage "Bosilek" Ensemble will make you wanna dance to those crazy odd meters ~bring your shoes!

We are so excited to back up the beloved soloist of the Bulgarian Women's Choir for two performances!  Yanka will sing some of her favorite songs accompanied by the fantastic Ivan Milev on accordion and "Yasna Voices" will present tunes of Bulgarian diaphonic close interval singing.
